- 1 lb. scallops
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, mixed with 2 Tbsp. flour, salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. butter (not margarine)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 shots sherry
Directions

1Coat scallops with seasoned bread crumbs that have been mixed with 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper.

2Mix butter with 4 cloves of pressed garlic and 4 tablespoons olive oil.

3Put butter mixture in frying pan and let get hot.

4Fry scallops 4 minutes per side until browned.

5Add 1 1/2 shots sherry into pan.

6Cook a few minutes.

7Serve immediately.
