- 1 lb. cooked scallops
- 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Cut large scallops in half.

2Fry mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.

3Blend in flour and seasonings.

4Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly.

5Add scallops and parsley. Place in a prebaked pie shell (8-inch deep dish works best). Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.

6Bake in a hot oven at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese browns.
