- 2 lb. large shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (virgin)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 green onions, minced
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped basil
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped oregano
- salt, white pepper, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Heat the butter and oil in a saute pan.

2Add garlic and onions and saute until golden.

3Do not let the garlic burn as it will tend to caramelize.

4Add the wine and deglaze the pan.

5Now, add the parsley, basil and oregano.

6Simmer until wine has reduced almost completely.

7Add salt and peppers; check taste.

8Now, add the shrimp and lemon juice; toss until shrimp are pink and tender. Serve over al dente capaldoni.
