Ingredients
- 2 12 cups self rising flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast (self rising)
- 34 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup alfredo sauce (Paul Newman's)
- 34 lb shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 14 cup Italian parsley (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 8 ounces white cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
Directions

1For the dough dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water and let stand until foamy.

2Place 2 cups of flour in a bowl and add to the yeast mixture.

3Stir until incorporated.

4Place remaining 1/2 cup of flour on working surface and and knead out the dough for about 5 minutes.

5Place olive oil in a clean bowl and add the dough ball, coating each side.

6Cover and let rise for about 2 hours.

7Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

8Meanwhile roll dough out onto a well seasoned pizza stone.

9Place in oven and bake for 5 minutes.

10Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

11Once the dough has cooled add the alfredo sauce, parmesan cheese and then the white cheddar.

12Place back into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.Ten minutes into baking place olive oil and butter in a skillet and heat until hot.

13Add the shrimp, garlic and red pepper flakes and saute until the shrimp is pink.

14Add capers to the shrimp mixture.

15Take pizza out of oven and top with the shrimp mixture and bake for another 5 minutes.

16Remove from oven and sprinkle with the parsley.
