Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 cup Crushed Crackers Or Oatmeal, Or Combination Of Both
- 1/4 cups Minced Onion
- 2 whole Eggs, Slightly Beaten
- 1/2 cups Milk- Scalded
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoons Allspice
- 1/4 teaspoons Ginger
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 3 cups Chicken Or Beef Gravy; Canned Or Leftover
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Combine ground beef, crushed cracker or oatmeal, minced onion, eggs, 1/2 cup scalded milk, nutmeg, allspice, ginger and salt and pepper.

3Mix with hands or wooden spoon only until combined.

4Roll into meatball shapes about the size of a large walnut.

5Place meatballs on a large baking sheet with sides, and put them in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

6You may turn the meatballs to brown all sides, but it isnt necessary.

7Meanwhile, in a large roaster or dutch oven, combine cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup milk and gravy (I often use more gravy than this, we love it over mashed potatoes!).

8When meatballs are done, remove them from the baking sheet and add them to the gravy mixture.

9Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.

10Bake meatballs for an hour, or a little longer if you wish.
