- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 bottle tiger sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- Schezwan peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. tamari sauce
- 2 boned and sliced chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. peanut oil
Directions

1Combine chicken broth, tiger sauce, cornstarch and fish sauce and set aside.

2In wok add peanut oil.

3Sprinkle Schezwan peppercorns in hot oil.

4Add chicken and sprinkle with tamari sauce, quick-fry.

5Add liquid and cook 1 minute.

6Serve over rice.
