  • 500 Grams Pork (i buy a pack 500 grams with 4 pieces)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1-2 cups bread crumbs (as needed)
  • salt (as needed)
  • pepper (as needed)
  • paprika (as needed)
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 lemon

    With a meat mallet work on the pork and flat it as much as possible.

    mix the flour with some salt and pepper.
  3. 3
    mix the eggs together with the milk and some salt and pepper.
  4. 4
    mix the bread crumbs with paprika.
  5. 5
    cover the pork with the flour, do not press the flour into the meat, just lightly covered dip the pork in the eggs mix then in the bread crumbs.

    on a medium heat fry the schnitzel in the oil, i give it 4 to 5 min on each side.

    squeeze on some lemon before serving.
