Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds 3/4-inch-thick firm-fleshed white fish, such as sea bass
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped dill pickle
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed
- Salt and pepper
- Lettuce leaves
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Broil fish until opaque, about 3 minutes per side.

4Flake fish into pieces with fork.

5Transfer to bowl.

6Sprinkle lemon juice over.

7Add celery, pickle, tomato, mayonnaise and dill and toss.

8Season with salt and pepper.

9Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
