Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes sliced,with or without skin.
  • 1 carton of cream or about 3 to 400ml
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Grated tasty cheese
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Onion finely sliced(optional)
  • 2 slice of bacon(optional)

Directions

    Wash and peel potatoes and slice into oven proof dish.Add bacon and onion finely chopped,

    Sprinkle cheese over and pour on cream to desired amount,season with salt and pepper.

    Bake in a moderate oven,180c or 350f,bit less for fan forced ovens.Cook until potatoes are tender and browned on top.
