- 1 c. oleo or shortening
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients as for pie crust.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Spread about 2/3 of dough into baking sheet (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch), bringing dough up sides of pan. Fill with canned pie filling (any flavor).

4Use remaining dough to make lattice top.

5Bake at 325° until lightly browned.
