- 8 oz. elbow or shell macaroni
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can corned beef, chopped or 1 1/2 c. cooked ham
- 1/4 lb. sharp cheese, diced
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- dash of garlic salt
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook macaroni in 2 quarts salted water until tender.

2Blend milk with soup; add meat, cheese, onion and garlic salt.

3Blend well.

4Grease casserole and fill with alternating layers of cooked macaroni with soup mixture.

5Sprinkle crumbs on top and dot with butter.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Serves 8.

8May be made in 2 casseroles; bake one and freeze one for later.
