  • 1 lb. hot seasoned sausage
  • 1 box seasoned bread crumbs with garlic salt
  • celery salt
  • Italian seasoning
  • minced onions

    Cool eggs and peel.

    Mold sausage around eggs. Dip in flour; easier if you keep hands floured.

    Dip in 3 beaten eggs.

    Roll in bread crumbs.

    Chill 24 hours.

    Deep fry; cool and chill.
