- 1 oz. flour
- 12 oz. sausage meat
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1Completely cover each egg with sausage meat.

2Roll first in flour, then egg, then butter crumbs.

3Shake off surplus crumbs. Deep-fry to a golden brown in moderately hot fat.

4Drain well. Serve hot or cold.
