- flour
- cooking oil
- 1 lb. ground sausage meat
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook and cool hard-boiled eggs.

2Coat each egg with flour, then cover each egg with 1/4 pound of the sausage meat, being sure there are no holes in the sausage coating.

3Dip in bread crumbs. Heat oil in deep, heavy pan.

4Fry each egg until sausage meat is cooked and browned.

5Cool; cut in half and serve.
