  • 1 pound sausage

    Divide sausage into 6 patties.

    Wrap one patty around each egg to completely cover egg.

    Dust with a little flour.

    Dip in beaten egg then in fresh bread crumbs.

    Deep fry until golden brown.

    Cool.

    Serve with honey mustard.
