  • 1 lb pork sausage

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 hardboiled egg, peeled and diced

    Cut in 1/3 cup shortening using pastry blender (or 2 knives) until coarse crumbs form.
