- 1 cup honey
- 3/4 cup Scotch
- 2 c whipping cream
- Grated bitter chocolate (do not substitute)
- Toasted slivered almonds
- Maraschino cherries (opt)
Directions

1Blend honey and Scotch (this takes a little time to incorporate the Scotch into the honey).

2Whip cream until stiff. Fold honey mixture into cream.

3Spoon into parfait glasses and freeze overnight.

4Prior to serving, top with grated chocolate, almonds, and a cherry.

5If desired you may purchase chocolate dessert cups from a gourmet food shop

6and spoon the mixture into cups prior to serving.

7This needs to made 24 hours in advance. This does keep well in freezer.
