  • 5 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup Light Karo Syrup
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips

    Bring the sugar and Karo Syrup to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, no longer. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter. Add Rice Krispies and mix until everything is covered. Then spread the mix in a 9x13 pan.

    Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips in the microwave (I usually zap them in about 30 second intervals so the chocolate doesn't burn) and spread the chocolate/butterscotch mixture over the top. Cut into bars. Enjoy!
