- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 c. light Karo
- 6 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix sugar and Karo in large saucepan; bring to low boil. Remove from stove and add peanut butter; stir until blended.

2Add Rice Krispies; mix well.

3In double boiler, melt butterscotch chips and chocolate chips until creamy.

4Firmly pat Rice Krispies mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 -inch pan.

5Pour the melted chip mix on top.

6Let the icing firm up before cutting.
