- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 6 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. chocolate bits
- 1 c. butterscotch bits
Directions

1Combine sugar and syrup in a 3-quart pan.

2Cook over moderate heat, stirring frequently until mixture boils.

3Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter; mix well.

4Add Rice Krispies; stir until well coated.

5Press mixture in a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.

6Melt chocolate and butterscotch bits together over hot, but not boiling, water (or microwave), stirring until well blended. Remove from heat and spread evenly over Krispies mixture.

7Cool. Cut into bars.
