- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/3 c. oatmeal
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 2/3 c. raisins
Directions

1Knead together 4 or 5 times.

2Pat dough out into an 8-inch square on floured surface.

3Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar, mixed with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.

4Cut diagonally into 16 triangles.

5Bake in 375° oven about 15 to 20 minutes.
