- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Into a large bowl, measure all ingredients, except the 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.

3With mixer at medium speed, beat ingredients until well mixed, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula.

4Pat dough in 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
