- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream butter with sugar.

2Combine flour with baking powder and salt.

3Mix this mixture into the cream mixture.

4Divide dough into 3 circles about 1/3-inch thick.

5Place on a greased baking sheet and prick with a fork.

6Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.

7Cut into wedges while still warm, but do not remove from sheet until cold.

8Makes approximately 24 cookies.
