- 1 c. sugar
- 5 c. unsifted flour
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Beat in flour 1 cup at a time.

3Divide dough into four equal pieces.

4Put each piece in round 8-inch pan; prick dough with fork.

5Bake in 275° oven for 1 hour or until pale brown.

6Cool in pan 10 minutes.

7Remove from pan and cut into wedges.

8Sprinkle with sugar.
