- 1 small sponge cake
- 1 pkg. Jell-O
- 2 tins fruit or fresh fruit, diced
- 1 pkg. custard powder
- 1 carton heavy whipping cream
- sherry (optional)
- 100's and 1,000's or chocolate chips/flakes
Directions

1Break sponge cake in large bowl.

2May be soaked in sherry. Cover with fruit and Jell-O (mix according to package). Refrigerate.

3When set, mix custard according to package.

4Let cool.

5Pour over cold cake mixture.

6Refrigerate.

7When set, whip the cream and pour over cake mixture.

8Decorate with 100's and 1,000's or chocolate chips/flakes.

9Refrigerate until ready to serve.
