- 12 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a skillet, brown the sausage; drain. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir in sausage and cheese. Spoon by 1/3 cupfuls into greased muffin cups. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. YIELD: 1 dozen.
