  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. skim milk
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • few specks crushed dried marjoram
  • few specks crushed dried thyme or basil
  • 1 to 2 drops yellow food color
  • 1/2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. minced fresh onion
  • 1/2 tsp. margarine

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except margarine and mix well.

    Beat gently with a fork until foamy and very well blended.

    Melt margarine in a small frying pan to coat bottom.

    Pour egg mixture into pan.

    Scramble over low heat.
