- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Drain corn and add to melted butter.

2Add seasoning and cook 5 minutes over high heat.

3Reduce heat.

4Add beaten eggs and stir until eggs are cooked through, but still moist.

5Serve hot.
