  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 3 ounces, weight High Quality Tofu
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 dash Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1 dash Each Of Salt And Pepper
