  • 1/2 to 1 tsp salt
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg or cinnamon or other spice

Do this until the batter has a little thickness to it - when you mix it the trails from your spoon should be evident and not disappear. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk.", "6.
