  • 1 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 slice tomato, peeled
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. crabmeat
  • 1/4 c. Colby cheese, grated

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Toast English muffins lightly and spread with mayonnaise.

    Place tomato on muffin and salt, then mound crabmeat, salt and pepper.

    Top with Colby cheese.

    Bake at 350° for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
