Scrumptious Pie

Directions

   Melt margarine; mix in flour and pecans.

   Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Bake 10 minutes at 350°; cool.

   Mix 2 cups of Cool Whip with cream cheese and 1 cup confectioners sugar.

   Spread on top of flour mixture that has cooled.

   Mix both boxes of pudding with 3 cups milk.

   Mix with whip.

   Pour on top of Cool Whip mixture; cool until set.

   Spread rest of Cool Whip on top of pudding layer.

    Sprinkle with chocolate and nuts.

    Refrigerate overnight.
