Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped (I USE 2 16 OUNCE BAGS FROZEN BIRDSEYE PEPPER STIR FRY INSTEAD)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 12 tablespoons hot sauce, i use tabasco
  • 12 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 12 tablespoons oregano, in my house this is optional
  • 1 12 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (19 ounce) can cannellini beans, undrained
  • 1 (19 ounce) can black beans, undrained
  • 1 (19 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
  • 2 (28 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot.

    Cook on low 6-8 hours.
