  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 1 tablespoon lime pickle
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 2 -4 slices lemons

Directions

    Mix pickle, chili sauce and wine, place seabass fillets in a microwaveable dish, pour over mixture, microwave on high for 6 minutes, add slices of lemon and grill for 5 minutes.

    Serve with new potatoes, cabbage and carrot.
