"Sea Leg" Dip

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. sea legs (artificial crabmeat or whiting)
  • crackers

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In round dish or medium souffle dish, soften cream cheese in microwave for one minute.

    Add lemon juice and mayonnaise and stir until smooth.

    Chop sea legs into 1-inch pieces and blend into cream cheese mixture.

    Bake for 45 minutes or until top turns light brown.

    Serve hot with crackers.
