  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiffly
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Blend sugar, water and syrup until it spins a thread (approximately 280°).

    Pour slowly over egg whites on high speed using an electric mixer.

    Pour in nuts and flavorings.

    Drop on wax paper and let cool.
