- 1 large can pears (drain and reserve juice)
- 1 large pkg. lime Jell-O
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions

1With fork, in 9 x 13 pyrex dish, mash together pears and cream cheese until it resembles cottage cheese.

2In small bowl, dissolve Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water.

3Add 1/2 cup of reserved pear juice.

4Cool.

5Add cooled Jell-O to cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until soft set.

6Whip the cream in small bowl and add to soft set Jell-O, blending well.

7Set until firm.

8Serve on lettuce leaves.
