- 2 lb. fresh or frozen haddock
- 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of shrimp soup
- 3 tsp. sherry
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 c. breadcrumbs
Directions

1Mix soup and sherry.

2Place half of thawed fish in bottom of a 10 x 6-inch casserole dish.

3Cover with half of the shrimp mixture.

4Repeat.

5Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cheese and salt.

6Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
