  • 1 lobster tail
  • 6 to 10 prawns
  • 150 to 200g fish eg halibut, salmon, ling cod.
  • 100ml white wine
  • 30g butter
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • large pinch seafood spice/piri-piri
  • 20ml parsley

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450F/230C. in a small saucepan heat up the wine, lemon juice, garlic and spices. Simmer for 3 - 4 minutes and take off the heat. Pat the fish and seafood dry and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish. Drizzle with butter wine mix and bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
