- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. crab meat
- 3/4 c. chopped shrimp
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Directions

1Saute chopped onions in margarine; add flour, stirring until smooth and lightly browned.

2Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.

3Stir in hot sauce, seasonings and seafood.

4Cook over low heat until shrimp turn pink.

5Stir in parsley.
