Ingredients

  • 1 c. shrimp, crabmeat or lobster or may be combined
  • 1 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of asparagus soup
  • 1 tsp. sherry
  • 1 c. chopped, cooked potatoes (optional)

Directions

    Saute seafood and onion in butter for 5 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients gradually, stirring until thoroughly blended.

    Heat to boiling.

    Serve at once with croutons or crackers.
