- 10 potatoes, peeled and cut
- 4 carrots, peeled and cut
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 large can creamed corn
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 small can shrimp, drained (do not rinse)
- 1 small can clams, drained (do not rinse)
- 1 small can crab meat, drained (do not rinse)
- 3/4 c. white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook potatoes, carrots and onions until tender.

2Drain off water.

3Mash coarsely with fork.

5Add corn, milk, wine and the seafood.
