  • 10 potatoes, peeled and cut
  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 small can shrimp, drained (do not rinse)
  • 1 small can clams, drained (do not rinse)
  • 1 small can crab meat, drained (do not rinse)
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Cook potatoes, carrots and onions until tender.

    Drain off water.

    Mash coarsely with fork.

    Salt and pepper.

    Add corn, milk, wine and the seafood.
