- 1/4 c. sliced celery
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 can (4 to 7 oz.) drained minced clams, shrimp or tuna
Directions

1In saucepan cook celery and garlic in butter until celery is tender.

2Add soup, water and seafood.

3Heat and stir.
