Ingredients

  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large carrot, sliced
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1 cove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 12 oz. Halibut (or another firm white fish)
  • 8 oz. Shrimp/prawns
  • 1 - 15 oz. can Italian tomato sauce
  • 2 large tomatoes chopped

Directions

    In a large pot mix together chicken broth, mushrooms, carrot, onion, garlic, marjoram and Bay leaf.

    Bring to a boil, and boil for 2 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients and simmer until cooked. Garnish with parsley and grated lemon peel if desired.
