Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 sticks celery, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushroom pieces
  • 1 lb. crawfish tails or shrimp tails or 2 cans tuna fish

Directions

    Melt oleo; add flour and cook on medium heat to golden brown. To this, add onions, celery and bell pepper; cook until tender. Add mushroom soup and your choice of seafood and cook on low heat for 1/2 hour.

    Then add salt and pepper to taste.
