- 1 stick oleo
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 sticks celery, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushroom pieces
- 1 lb. crawfish tails or shrimp tails or 2 cans tuna fish
Directions

1Melt oleo; add flour and cook on medium heat to golden brown. To this, add onions, celery and bell pepper; cook until tender. Add mushroom soup and your choice of seafood and cook on low heat for 1/2 hour.

2Then add salt and pepper to taste.
