Ingredients

  • 1 (40 g) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 12 cups sour cream
  • 1 (125 g) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 shallot
  • parsley
  • 1 (170 g) can crabmeat (approximate can size) or 1 (170 g) can lobster meat (approximate can size)

Directions

    Soften cream cheese; add soup mix and stir well.

    Mix in other ingredients.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Serve with vegetables, crackers or chips.

    NOTE: You can add a package of cooked, drained and finely chopped spinach to add more colour and a little different taste.

    If so, add it at the end.
