- 1 (7 oz.) jar green taco sauce
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 8 (7-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cooked seafood
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
Directions

1Combine taco sauce and sour cream.

2In blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, garlic and salt.

3Spread 1 tablespoon sauce mixture over tortillas.

4Top with cheese, seafood and remaining green onions.

5Spoon remaining taco sauce mix in greased 12 x 7-inch baking pan.

6Roll up tortillas and place seam side down.

7Pour cottage cheese over mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

8Sprinkle with reserved green onions and olives.
