- 1/2 lb. shrimp
- salt and pepper to tate
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lb. scallops
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Saute garlic and scallops in 2 tablespoons of butter.
