  • 8 or 10 fresh lasagna noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 lb. (or can) cooked crab
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • salt and pepper to tate
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb. scallops
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
