  • 3 sticks oleo or butter
  • 3 c. half and half
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese or jalapeno Velveeta
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 16 to 24 oz. fettucini
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 3 lb. seafood or chicken
  • parsley (optional)
