- 1 (6 oz.) can small shrimp
- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
- 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. light cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- dash of salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 (10-inch) unbaked deep dish pie shell
Directions

1Beat together the eggs, light cream, flour, melted margarine and spices.

2Place shredded Swiss cheese, drained shrimp and drained crabmeat in layers in unbaked pie shell.

3Cover with eggs and cream mixture.

4Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.

5Let stand 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
